How Adminevo Works.

Adminevo is designed with flexibility to suit various types of service industries, such as construction, plumbing, painting, cleaning, sanitation, moving, landscaping, vehicle service, and many more.

Smart.

The heart of the system is the smart booking calendar, which integrates with your staff scheduling and takes into account vacation and sick leave periods. This not only provides a clear overview of available booking hours but also offers a complete history of tasks performed by your staff.

Simple.

A quote or booking is created in the calendar by entering the job details once into a well-thought-out form. Once the quote/booking is in the calendar, it can easily be edited if needed, and the information can then be presented and sent with just a few clicks as a Booking Confirmation, Work Order, Invoice, or Receipt.

Helpful.

The system also manages a customer registry with history and accounts receivable, including notifications for unbilled jobs and overdue invoices. Adminevo is targeted at small service companies with 1-10 employees.

Getting Started is Easy!

Create account

Creating an account is easy. Simply fill in your company’s details, and you’ll have an active account up and running right away. Currently, we offer one account with login access per company. With the account, you can stay logged in on multiple devices simultaneously. The system is easy to navigate from large screens, smaller laptops, and tablets. Work orders, quotes, invoices, and receipts can be sent as PDFs via email directly from the system, and they are formatted for easy reading even on smartphones.

Company settings

Once inside the system, a good first step is to click the small gear icon in the top-right corner to access your settings. Here, you can verify your company details, configure your invoice and receipt number series, and upload your logo, which will appear on all documents such as quotes, work orders, and invoices.

Add Staff and Start Working

The next step is to add your staff, which can be done under the Staff tab in the main menu. Once your staff is entered, their available hours will be displayed in the calendar, and you’re ready to start planning jobs, creating quotes, bookings, invoices, and receipts. Go for it, and good luck! 😊

Simple Pricing Plan

The first 30 days allow you to test the system free of charge and without commitment. Once the trial period ends, you can choose to be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Regardless of your choice, the price remains 296 SEK per month per company, excluding VAT.
